A. Processing Personal Data for Contractual Purposes and Fulfillment of Contractual Obligations

To provide you with requested information and services and to conduct related communication, we process these regular personal data: Name, surname, phone number, email.

The legal basis for processing this data is the provision of requested information and services.

We will process personal data for this purpose only for as long as necessary to meet your requirements. Some data may be kept even after this period for compliance with legal obligations or for legitimate interests, as described in the following sections of this document.

B. Processing Personal Data to Fulfill Legal Obligations

To comply with legal obligations.

The retention period for data is defined by the relevant laws that impose the obligation for processing.

C. Processing Personal Data for Legitimate Interests of Ours or a Third Party

Legitimate interest can cover a range of situations. We therefore inform you about the legitimate interests for which we process personal data:

  • A legitimate interest is the protection and assertion of our rights and legal claims or any damages caused. For these purposes, we process personal data for 5 years after the provision of the requested information. Data from our mutual communication is retained for these purposes.

  • Another legitimate interest is direct marketing. For sending commercial communications, we will process the following personal data of our clients: Name, surname, phone number, email. You can always opt out of receiving commercial communications by clicking the link provided in the email. If we use a phone call or communication applications like Skype, Messenger, etc., to send offers or news updates, we will respect your request to not be contacted further.

  • To provide you with only relevant offers and information that will not overwhelm you, we organize our contact and personal data database into various lists. For example, if you opt-in for news updates, your email will be added to the “news update” list. Similarly, when you download a file from our website, your contact will be added to the “downloaded” list, etc.

D. Processing Personal Data Based on Your Consent

If you give us your consent, we will process your personal data for sending offers of our services. We will need your consent for this processing if you are not already our client. Before granting your consent, we will inform you about the data being processed and the specific purpose of processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. However, if we process certain personal data based on another legal basis (see sections A to C above), we will continue processing those data even after your consent is withdrawn, as consent is not required for those purposes.
